A Basic package is for simple, low-budget events and usually includes one camera. A Premium package is for higher-end, more complex events, with two or more cameras and a streaming director. Custom packages are available.

Before I Quote

I ask about the type of event, the number of cameras and operators, whether cameras are switched live or edited later, and audience questions. For the venue: a hard-wired Ethernet connection with 10 Mbps upload speed (Wi-Fi is not reliable), sufficient lighting, a PA system audio feed, and the size of the room.
